: 텍스트큐브를 업그레이드하다가 날려버려서.. 
: 몇번 다시 깔고 한 끝에 블로그가 들어간 폴더명을 바꾸고 db도 기존에 쓰던 euc-kr 이 아닌  utf8
: 로 이전하였습니다. 
: 그리고 예전에 해놨던 로컬주소에 최상단에 있는 index.html에 있는 주소도 바꿔주었구요.
