속도 문제가 있어서 문의드렸었는데, 한번더 확인 부탁드립니

PHP 소스(Wordpress)에 접근하기 전에 10초의 지연이 있습니
다.

속도 측정 사이트에서 확인한 바 아래와 같은 네임서버 오류에 
대한 경고가 나왔습니다.

한번더 확인 해주실수 있을까요... 이틀동안 PHP 소스 한 줄씩 
확인했는데 에러 해결이 안됩니다 ㅠㅠ
