문의 주신 워닝 메세지는 속도 지연과는 무관한 경고 메시지로, 
지연증상 원인에 해당되지 않습니다. 

초기 페이지에서 제로보드4 게시판쪽의 지연은 없는 것으로 보이며, 
동일 입주서버내 여러 사이트등을 종합 체크해 보았으나, 문의 blog 와 같은 지연 증상
은 없는 것으로 확인이 되었습니다. (mysql.byus.net 원격디비를 쓰는 사이트도 정상확인)

현재 설정을 백업해 두시고, 초기 페이지에서 뿌려지는 글이나, 위젯등을 하나씩 빼시면서
테스트 해보시는 것도 좋을듯 합니다.
